From my usually dusty keyboard, Hello!
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!
If you’ve been following my posts for a while now (or merely stumbled upon it today), you have most likely observed this rhythm:

- I make travel plans. Oh, the excitement! Image of brilliantly framed sunsets, cleverly crafted captions (or maybe AI generated ones) that would make Pacita Abad envious, and a blog article so motivating you pack your bags faster than you could say “wanderlust”. (Ok, Verse 1 is a bit exaggerated. Lol!) I call this, “The Grand Overture”.
- Reality Check. The trip is fantastic as it unfolds. New delicacies tango in my palate, hidden passageways whisper secret, and buddies’ laughter fills historic landmarks. But within the magic, my terrific blogging thoughts? They are, nevertheless, dozing somewhere between the ramen shop and that makeshift soju-making lesson.
- Back home, I find my mind stuffed with half-remembered adventures and a photo folder full of Lightroom-edited selfies. The guilt starts to soak in. I start a fresh blog entry, fix my attention on the blinking cursor, and promise to finish it “tomorrow”. Hence, the “Guilt Trip”.
- Never-Ending Cycle. Hey! Tomorrow is next week; next week is next month. I swear to myself that next time I will be better disciplined. I create complex spreadsheets, download SEO plugins, and then the cycle starts over.

So, why then am I flaunting my dusty laptop, or rather my dirty laundry? Well, this is a confession of an “inconsistent travel blogger”.
Here’s the twist: I am also somewhat passionately driven about travel and writing. Simply put, artifacts (and street food) intrigue me. But I am human and a great procrastinator. Occasionally, I would rather appreciate the moment than scramble for the perfect Instagram snap.

Still, the main point is that I love sharing my adventures with you. I enjoy reliving those sun-kissed memories by scrolling old photos. And I strongly believe that even my uncommon, imperfect posts can inspire someone else to go outside of their comfort zone and explore a lot of wonderful sights our world could offer.
If you’re expecting a well-crafted travel blog, well, you might want to rethink your expectations. But if you are seeking genuine, honest, and sometimes “LOL” tales from one traveler’s scruffy but beautiful journey, you’re in the right spot. Welcome! Because, let’s face it, life isn’t a highlight reel. It’s the unplanned detours, the wacky and stolen shots, and the half-remembered stories that make it so damn exciting. And that’s the sort of travel blog I’m here to share (maybe not, but will try!).
So, thanks for dropping by and reading about my adventures. They might be a little rocky and inconsistent, but I guarantee they will be worth the ride. Feel free to give me a friendly nudge should you see me on my next holiday wandering around with a confused expression and a forgotten camera.
